Mexican Coffee is similar to Brazilian Coffees due to elevation where both countries’ elevation can start somewhere from 800-900masl which allows these coffees to produce a rich taste of chocolate, caramel, and nutty notes. Varieties can be varied amongst Mexican Coffees: Typica, Bourbon, and Mondo Novo. 

This prime washed (PW) coffee is a calm cup with notes of sweet citrus, chocolate, and a subtle almond finish. Acidity is low and a smooth and full body, which makes this coffee great for the mornings.
